Jubilee YEar

Founded in 1991 as the Episcopal Urban Intern Program (EUIP), Jubilee Year has been responding to the needs of our community, serving the greater Los Angeles for over 25 years. In that time, our corps has touched thousands of lives through service, community building, and changemaking in partnership with more than 50 of L.A.'s most innovative and effective community-minded organizations. Young adults from all over the world come to learn, live, and serve. Over 250 young adults have exemplified this commitment to growth and justice as corps members with Jubilee Year. Through our continued dedication to community and to service, we're raising up a new generation of changemakers for the world.

Jubilee Design

Jubilee Media Collaborative is an innovative social enterprise driven to meet a clear need in the non-profit and faith-based settings: Developing and maintaining a quality online presence. The online presence of not for profit entities is just as vital as that of for-profit companies - if not more important! Yet, with constrained budgets as well as a lack of adequate time and (often) expertise, it can be underutilized and swiftly relegated as the lowest of priorities. Jubilee Media Collaborative address this unfortunate reality by offering high quality and still affordable website design, web and social media management, and a la carte design services.

Firefly L.A. Program

The Girls Friendly Society LA and Jubilee Consortium/St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Hollywood are the ecstatic hosts of the Firefly Program!

The Firefly Program provides a space for young women, ages 13-19, to establish community, and develop working relationships and support, while learning valuable information and skills in the electrical field.

Jubilee Jump

In 2015, Jubilee launched rope jumping programs at three different low-income neighborhoods around Los Angeles: Hollywood, Inglewood and Highland Park. We expanded to cover 8 locations—all of which formed part of a strong and talented jump rope league. Youth participants in Jubilee Jump learned basic rope jumping skills, increased their understanding of the sport of competitive rope jumping, engaged in regular fitness activities, received mentoring from coaches and adult volunteers, and developed life and leadership skills that they will be able to translate into other aspects of life.
